Saw this was posted on Pbnation, so I replied there as well.

I have a printer...it's a Mendelmax 1.5 that I built. I can print virtually any 3MM filament you can get your hands on. I have Nylon, ABS, PLA, and a type of wood filament called Laywood on hand. There are some other filaments like HIPLA (High-Impact PLA) and IMPLA (Impact Modified PLA) that I haven't experimented with but potentially could. I also could buy Polycarbonate.

If anyone has designs to print and collaborate with me on to try to get something working together, I'd be glad to help.

I'm weak in the CAD world - but I can always do my best to hit the start print button. :P

I could try! Some prints are difficult, but I could work with you on making it more "printer-friendly" if needed. Oh, and in order for me to process it, I need a STL file, specifically. That's the only way for me to generate g-code.

It's a pretty standard file type...most CAD software can...if you can't "save as" you may see an "export as" or "export" something or other...never used that program before.

I might be able to print 2 or 3 shells in ABS for others but like what was stated above I would need a STL file (I would like to do a 50 hopper) I just suck at cad but have access to printers...

IMHO there is a market for this. Come up with a strong design and make it accept some cheap internals and it will sell.
