Yes. Yes it is. I have to use my full palm to get it to unscrew (and thats wen its empty. With pressure, it's impossible to unscrew.) and usually have to screw it in two or three times to pierce.

Ah that's what brand it is! I've been wondering for a while. But yeah I'm definitely fixing my design before using this gun again... I have a blister or two just from trying to change the 12ie...
