Running a VL Force off a Reloader II board.

HI,
I saw this years ago, just found old parts that I can try this out. I can not find the thread with picture or diagram. Any help would be great thanks.

Hey, that's one of my old projects!
Running a VL Force off a Reloader II board.

I've still got the loader, so if you need any additional pictures or help, just ask!

I put an xboard in a force. Except I mounted the board below the raceway. I'll have to post pics.

I have an Xboard in my force too! My brother-in-law liked it so much he gave me an old revy and force to combine for him. Works great even as a 9v model too!

Ya, it took a little tinkering to get the eyes straight, but it definitely works good. I put the eyes about 2/3 the way up to the raceway. That way it's more likely to catch a missed ball... At least in my head anyway!

I put the eyes flat on the bottom inside, works great for both that I did.

Ok, here are some pictures of the method I used.
For some reason the heat shrink has fallen off the soldering point for one of the motor's wires.

The work that needs to be done is:

1. Motor output from Reloader 2 board must be patched into the Force's motor. Polarity is important because that determines the direction the motor will spin.

2. 2 9v battery clips must be soldered onto the battery contact points on the underside of the circuit board.

3. Holes should be drilled into the side or underside of the Force's housing to allow you to push the activation button, see the indicator LED, and lock the board into the housing.
