Ultra fine precision work has been done with hand tools for a long time. Dremels are another matter!

Looks like you're having fun though so that's the biggest win.

Many thanks, most ASAs are too plain for my taste. Needed some custom work!

I like where your heard is at. I've got some red aquarium rocks that might fit the bill.

Precision work is for folks with time/tools/patience. This was always going to be a bit of a rat build in my mind. I could have done this a lot slower/smoother with my hand files, but I get about 2 hours a week to actually work on it, if that. Add to the fact I'm doing it in the back yard, on a broken table, with C-clamps? I'll leave the pretty work for the better men.

But you are right, it has been a lot of fun. Doing mill work with a Dremel is a lot like sculpting hedges with a shotgun. It may not be pretty, but it's a helluva lot of fun.

Definite win. It's all about the fun there are a billion bodies in good shape causing no fun in bins in peoples garages. Yours is doing what it's supposed to. Causing fun.

I like it, it does not have to be high end to shoot a paintball.

Did a bit more work today. The kapp frame still has some chrome on it, so I've been htting it with the titanium bits then sanding it off. Time consuming for sure, but worth it if I can get a nice anno later.

Also did a little trigger guard work, and made sure some branding made it into the back of the grip.

Update. Did a nice cut out at the back of the body. Cleaned up the kapp frame and filed down the teeth so I don't accidentally off myself. Need some input though:

Do I continue the snake stripe down the lower tube on both sides? I did it initially to break up the front, but I think maybe it could go the entire length. Not sure if it would weaken the lower tube, but I doubt it.
