| MCB Member | You know everytime I pick that thing up and get ready to do something to it .. someone come in and has me to do something eles and I forget about for a few weeks or so. Then the samething happens agian. I have a few ideas for it though.

| GWC Lifetime Member Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Grand Junction, Colorado | Well what I recomend you do with any 98 is to run a palmers regulator (or two) and an RVA. Basicly the RVA is not used for velocity purposes, but rather to adjust dwell. The regulator(s) are used to stabilise the co2 pressures and to adjust velocity. You could also mess around with respringing the valve and drive spring and/or mill the hammer. The RVA and reg combo is going to do the most for any 98 as you'll be able to make the gun more consistant and use less gas. |
