| MCB Member | If it's older, you need to buy a rear velocity adjuster, make one, or get a heavier spring. Dale Price ... Sugarstump on e-bay ... usually has one on sale all the time. I just looked, and he doesn't at the moment, but contact him, I know he had a bunch. I bought one of them last year and it works fine. If it's older, you can drill and tap the reap plug and put in a screw so you can put more pressure on the spring.

| If you opened the valve cartridge, check that it's screwed back together correctly. The air hole (untapped one at the top) is supposed to be directly opposite the grip mount hole (tapped one at the bottom). *Every* person I've helped after their first time (or even just forgetting about it) taking it apart has done it. If that's not the problem, listen to the other guys. Chances are you won't get a pre-2k1 PGP above, say, 220. A new spring and an RVA from Palmer fixes that quite well. |

| I think on the old mcb someone mentioned the 12gram was not piercing all the way and not getting enough co2 (or something similar)... Someone did a similar rebuild and had the pierce pin not in all the way... Good luck |

| If it is older PGP you can have likewise "German PGP", with are market with "F" near the serial number. Then you need modify the valve body - the "German" PGPs are modified to be not able reach highter velocity than 214 fps, they have only two 2mm holes on diameter of valve body. Standart PGPs have four 4mm holes. Otherwise you can have problem with your spring combo - You need boost the hammer spring or weaken the valve spring.
