That's what i'll end up doing. Most of it is gone anyways and I really don't need more chemicals in the garage, i've got far more then I know what to do with.
Probably some paint stripper too but I don't want to look.

Which brings me to another issue- I have 2 1/2 pgps and no idea what to do with them.

Well I finished.
I tried the steel wool and that was taking way too long so I came up with something else- I boiled the parts and the finish came right off. Problem solved.

Now I have another- the large BB's. Where can I get replacements? Any quick fixes?

1/4" bb's, local hardware store...if you really want to bother replacing them, quite popular to leave 'em out

Really? Leaving the out does what exactly? Quicker and smoother to pump?

yup, either that or just trim the spring a little...or get a cooper-t bolt...
