A good rule of thumb is that it's nelson based if the internals go, from front to back, bolt, mainspring, hammer, valve, all in a line.

I'll have a before pic of my old Tigershark in a day or so. Consider this a placeholder for now.

Yes Sl68s are nelson based.
Here is the parts explosion I made for the 007, on page two you will notice the internals, any gun that uses inernals like these is nelson bassed.

Hmmmm.... I got a Maverick that is already stripped...only problem is work is already been started on it... Maybe I'll just post it for looks if I can't enter it

Because they are not nelson valved.

The Air in a nelson valve is routed through the hammer/bolt

Because the valve system is different. The valve is in a different tube, and no power tube on the sterling, and RM.
