Talking 2 for me

I'd 2 for me if they would fit a KP2. Also depends on the quality of work.

ok , now that I have some interest ill go into this alittle further, and answer some questions:

- Custom fitting , there are two basic pieces to this pump, the molded piece and the metal insert on the inside of the pump, these pumps are going to be made in 2 stages by two different places ( to save on cost and also allow custom mods) the molded pump is going to be made first and then at a machine shop the inserts will be made, I suppose if people wanted them to fit anything other than what the original fit they would recieve the pump BEFORE the insert was put in ( allowing ID of pump to be modded) the cost would be less but the respociblity of finishing the pump is on your shoulders, to unify the price they would all have to be the same eather with the insert or with out, so I guess to simplify things, ill get prices for pumps Pre-op and Post-op and then get a list of who wants what..............any sugestions? complaints? concerns? post or PM

Why not just have them machined out of delrin stock and skip the metal insert.. Delrin stand alone is pretty beefy stuff.

A decent CNC shop should beable to handle it. Programming costs would be high do to the curves but its also no aluminum or steel so a CNC shop wouldnt need to take too much of the machine time up with it... Delrin machines rather quickly.

That is an option also, although ( to keep costs down ) Doing it the original way ( clam shell injection molded I beleave) for a run of our size will be more cost effective, I will research and concider both
