.45 framing a PMI/Sheridan

Hey guys,

I'm going to be .45 framing a PMI/Sheridan soon, just wondering what is a good frame to do this with? I want a single trigger cocker frame capable of accepting .45 grips. Also needs to be drilled and tapped to accept drop forwards, I'd imagine just about all frames are.

Cheers'

One of the CCM .45 frames might be what you are looking for. I have the 86* frame on my SB.

It's a nice looking frame, but it looks like it only takes a certain grip. I'm looking for one that'll accept grip panels from real firearms (1911 Pistol)

IIRC, the 86* frame does. CZ or Springfield grips, if I'm not mistaken.

Thats what I said though. I said I used a 86* CCM frame, I was suggesting you use a .45 CCM frame. Different frame.

My Sheridan PGP is using one of PALMERS .45 Blazer frames modified to use the factory PGP sear.
