| Air/expansion/pressure chambers Hi again, I have another one of those LP questions... Do any of you guys know how to work out what volume of air would be required to run a marker at 60psi firing and still put out a paintball at 275-300fps. I know that this is a loaded question, but assume that I'm running on air, have a predetermined volume of air to expel (what I'm trying to calculate) and valve is open for 'x' period of time (what I also need to calculate), I can acheive 275-300fps. What is valve open time in relation to expelled volume, does one dictate the other? EDIT: Whoops, my bad, wrong forum - I'll be moving this to the Ask the Experts section. | You'd also need to figure out the amount of flow your valve can handle. I have no idea how you'd figure out the answer to your question, but the amount of restriction imposed by the valve would factor in somehow.
