| I remember having a set or two of these back in the 90's. I'll have to see if the field that I used to play at still has theirs, as they were rentals. It would be a good place to get the masks for modification.

| Good evening all! I was unable to find an 3/32" to 1/8" thick perforated aluminum locally today, so I'll have to buy it from a supplier. From the looks of it, the aluminum will cost about $30-$45 a sheet, depending on shipping, and I will only be able to make one mask from it. I felt pretty bummed about the lack of finding aluminum, so I built a sick little electro out of parts I had lying around. Ran out of air before I could align the sear trip. Oh well. I'm going to order some samples of the aluminum from multiple manufacturers tomorrow and monday. Hopefully, I'll have the materials needed soon. |

| Good news, everyone! I found a source for the aluminum, and it is at a reasonable price. I will order it, and the edging, tomorrow. I am hoping to have three prototypes available within 2 weeks. I am thinking of having one look like my current mask, but I'll make the others each look a little different. I'm unsure if trhere's exactly enough material to make three masks, but we'll just have to find out! I will be keeping one of them, as my current one is getting on in years, and has a few cracks from being manhandled. Pricing will be set once I shape and cut them. (Also, I'll look into finding what other goggle frames can be fitted. I was thinking a newer z-leader...) |

| It sounds like a good idea. I really want to use more up-to-date lenses, as spectra's can be hard to find at some places, and I really want to offer a variety or optons. I don't have (or have seen up close) a pair of i3's, but I'll be sure to take a look at a pair when I head over to my local shop to get air fills within the next few days. |

| Spectra lenses are fairly easy to find around here, and shops usually have *nothing* in the way of lenses... if you are woried about that, us the 'Elite' series of lenses... they'll never go out of style
