| I made some clear grips  I just finished making some clear grips. The first ones aren't REALLY good, but I think they are decent for my first set/try. They are a little rough. I think I'm gonna make some more in a few days, maybe dye some. I really need some Lexan or something, though. This is really flimsy. This was just a plexiglass picture frame I got from Hobby Lobby. It cut easily with some scissors, you just have to go slow and only use the sharpest part of the scissors. I had some trouble with the holes too. I ended up taping it in position on my gun, and then CAREFULLY drilling into it. You have to do it in bursts, that way you won't 1. Slip and damage the gun 2. Snap it in half. Don't apply any pressure. I've sanded them since I took the picture, and they look a lot better. |
