NEED - PGP and Pirahna Delrin Bolts

I have a bin of Pirahna brass pumps along with a bunch of PGPs that the bolts are pitted and flaked to the point of deformity and do not work properly. Who would you recommend to make these? I just need the bolts cut to length and the oring slots cut. I can drill the ports and pump rod hole and sand the rough edges.
I'm on a budget, so I can do most of the work.

Contact noxx55, I'm pretty sure he makes sheridan delrin bolts.

chuck em in a lathe and do a quick scotchbrite job on them. the Orings will still seal, and you won't be removing too much materiel. It's the cheapest way to go.

10 pgp - old thick style and some smaller diameter style

15 pirahna/p-68 style.

the bolts I have are aluminum factory speed demon bolts. what if I were to just replace the main bolt hosing with delrin and keep everything else?

I'd also take a pre2k PGP bolt if that's possible...

The real pain on those sheridan speed demon bolts are the bearings. As you have to score the outsides of the holes to keep them from flying out when you remove them.

He'll probably do the Piranha bolts, too, if you send him one to work with.

I have the tool for scoring the bolt body. I also contacted Mass to see what he can do. Am waiting on a reply.
