Well the plan was to attempt to make a custom trigger group, that way I don’t need to try and find K-series trigger group, but if I can’t get a custom group to work it’s nice to know there’s options.

Big Matt from Madd Customs uses replica KP stocks in his Mag rifles, I believe. You might talk to him about getting a stock for your marker.

This one I might just do, since I can’t find a good blank, and I don’t yet have proper tools.
And since they’re replicas I won’t feel bad when I cut off the pistol grip.

On your CO2 issue, I can see a few options:

A- Thread the end of the tube and fabricate a longer rod to push the 12ie into place.
B- Tap an air fitting into the valve-train and run remote.
C- Place a Vert ASA into the marker like some of the Palmer's markers and run on a small CO2 or HPA tank.
D- Fashion a drop-out changer into the tube closer to the valving, so you won't need to take up all that space or worry with getting the occasional 12ie out of the long tube

I like A and D, as part of the point was to not have to carry around the big, awkward, and heavy, bulk tank.
What’s the threading on the plug?
More importantly, were can I get a tap and die for it?

You can get Tap and Die sets at places like Harbor Freight, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. As for the threading, it's 13/16-28. Which means 13/16'', and 28tpi (threads per inch.) That's for the actual PGP threading, not a Fasst changer. Oddly enough, Google.com led me to that answer, and it was to a thread here on MCB. I can't vouch for the quality of the tap and die sets your local hardware store carries, as I don't have a lot of experience with tapping. Maybe a machinist will chime in and give you some recommendations.

I can’t recall if my local hardware has one that size or not… I know Home Depot and Lowes don’t carry oddball sizes like that.

Tapco is the place to go for taps and dies. MSC has them as well as Wholesale Tool Company | Industrial Machinery + Tool Supply. Hope that helps.
