Talking Nasty Nelly...

With shool out (for now) I had some extra time on my hands so I got a bunch of scrap metal together, and with a dremel, a hacksaw, and a few files, this is what I came up with.

It still needs some tweaking before it is completely feild ready but its pretty much ready to go.

Dude, that's pretty steampunk looking! You should throw some big brass gears on it!

Nice job.

A dial on the front with an overly complex series of spur gears and control rods running back to a velocity adjuster would be awesome.

The valve is just a block of aluminum that has been drilled and tapped for two phantom power tubes.

I'll post pics tomorrow for you.

You drilled and tapped two valve bodies with a dremel and hand tools? Nice!

Hat's off to you, sir. That's pretty wild considering you didn't have a machine shop handy.
