Luckily most kids nowadays do not know what a 10round tube is really for. They think that one of the refs was smoking a cigar out on the field. I have had a kid or two pick up one of my tubes as a trophy to taking out the old guy with the pistols but normally they give them back. They do have a strange attraction to the 12g's. Must be like crows and rats, attracted to shiny things

But seriously Tal, I doubt it was anyone from CPF because all of us were on the field and wondering where you were and none of the other guys looked like they had played any type of joke.

new rule
Rule 5
Any person(s) caught stealing a pod full or empty will have the full capacity of the pod shot at them from no more than 10 feet away, they will not be allowed to wear more than one(1) layer of clothing and the layer is restricted to be "non-advantage gaining" i.e. no clothing that promotes bounces will be allowed... unless it will increase the pain.

5a.
If the person is caught off the field stealing a pod he must become a human barrel bag for the duration of the discharging of the full pod(s).

that will stop the little pricks

I agree that stealing pods from the staging area or from the field soon after someone has dropped them is wrong. Is it stealing though, to take pods off the field after the day is over and it's obvious that they won't get picked up otherwise? At the field I play at, people usually leave a good amount of pods on the field and being one of the last ones to leave, I pick up a bunch of them.

i think that is fine, cheap "soft goods" that are left are fair game once the day ends IMHO, its just during the day that is messed up.

Addendum:
If the pod stolen is empty then (on decision of pod's former owner) said pod will be swiftly inserted into the thief's [CENSORED] and thief may then keep said pod.

If one steals a simple pod he deserves to be slapped around. As the owner of a q-loader, if I catch someone stealing one of my "funny looking pods", I will introduce them to one of my other interest, martial arts. losing a $3 pod is annoying, losing a $21 pod is grounds for a serious pummeling.

Honestly its a common practice at all these PSP events I'v been too. Seems like every team has a pod B**** that grabs and runs between points.

If a pod is found inside a car, and you retrieve said pod, you may also retrieve said car!

If you are around a known/suspected pod thief you can set him up by placing a rat or small snake into a pod, leave it unattended, then sit back and watch the ensuing hilarity. Filling one with poo might be equally as funny.
