URGENT! Do not strip your anno! you can get your gun powder coated with out problems! in fact its recommended that your aluminum pieces are annodized before powder coat for several reasons. 2nd~ just post the link to those humongous pics. Why, yes it was shot by a member of "Art of War" against myself and the rest of my team in the WTL. The gun worked fine. I worked on his T9; he broke a ball in it. Quote:

For those of you that are curious here are the internals. I've never owned a Tac 8, but maybe someone can chime in on the differences. Plastic body/grip   Trigger system and the regulator   How it's assembled   Valve   You can see the pin hole for failsafe release   |

Got mine today. Luckily it was powdercoated not anno'd.  I noticed a couple differences from the standard tac8, well at least the one I had awhile back. First aside from the obvious longer barrel ad stiff trigger pull the bolt face is a bit different and lacks the style of bumper/foamie that my tac8 had. Second, the two bolts on the back section are new also. I relplaced the stiff trigger spring with an identical on that I made out of some springfeed wire I had lying around. Now it feels like my old tac8.
