how hard was it to replace the spring? I would have thought that you could just unscrew the velocity screw out all the way. then the spring would fall out.

Be thankful, it's probably the only time your wife will approve of you buying stripper!

It's on the other end of the regulator. It's not hard, but to get to the other end of the regulator you need to take it out of the pistol grip. It's becoming a habit for me anyway

Well folks I got a call from Pepperball today. I ordered (2) blue SA-8s. They are completely out of blue. I'm getting orange instead which I can live with.

If you were on the fence about getting one of these, they only have a few orange left so they told me.

I removed the trigger spring and replaced it with one I made. Now it feels like my old tac8.

Yeah, I ordered mine on Tuesday, and she told me that orange was the only one left and that the deal is ending at the end of the month!

So, if you want one, DO IT!

My best friend nickednamed my new Tang Tiberius, the Lambda, after the Half-Life series...sweet!

I tried a pen spring for the regulator. Doesn't seem like it made a difference. But I didn't feel like cutting down smaller, so it could technically be having the same pressure.

Also it's a pain to remove the Anodizing, lucky folks with powdercoats! I think I might leave it silver, it looks kinda cool

Does that spring actually do what we're trying to do?

I think it did lower the level of velocity. I still did shoot at 340 fps. I didn't try turning it up to see if it was going to go higher.
