That gun is already 25 years ago or so. It's a fine gun, and will keep on shooting for a LONG time. I use mine now and then, and it still shoots like a champ.

And since they're relatively inexpensive, you can pick up another as spare parts... Not that you'll ever really need it though.

Mine never had pierce seals, they just had the pin. Never had problems with them.

Maybe I'm just odd...

Hmm... this is what Titus was claiming why his was leaking. Maybe just a slightly dented 12ie mouth.

I bought my first Splatmaster in 2003, and took it to the OKlahoma Bridge 2 Far game....it lasted about a month.

At the time, I was too poor to afford a proper pistol...and I thought this would be a good tester for me saving up the $ for a DELTA .68 (they were kewl then).

Mine cracked along the handle...released gas like my Dad after BBQ and beer....

I tried everything to keep it alive, but became a paperweight, until it was stolen.

The only good was that it was cheap, and it fit into a real steel holster, unlike my DELTA .68 and/or my TAC8...they took a $50 holster.
