Kilt Fan
good serivce from Palmers

One of the things I like about PPS is their customer service.

I had a part break on my Blazer. Hogback paintball in Leesburg, VA is kind of like the Bermuda triangle for our team's Palmer products... We've had a ram shaft on a Blazer break, a p-block strip off a Blazer, a cocking pin snap off a Blazer bolt, and a critically mis-tuned LPR. All told it's freaked out one of the team members so much that she refuses to run her Blazer at Hogback anymore.

In any case, the cocking pin was my latest Palmer catatstrophe. I broke it while firing off the last few rounds at the chrony station. (Also where 2 of the other 3 issues happened ) Anyway, I called Lori to find out how much the part would be, and she told me to send in my bolt with what was left so they could take a look at it.

I got back the bolt with a brand new pin installed free of charge. What with shipping times, I doubt that they kept the thing more than a day. Just long enough to take a look at it and say, "Yup, that thar thing is broken." Clearly I'm FAR past any 90 day waranty in effect, but Palmer's stands behind their products, and I guess according to them, that part should never have broken.

It reminds me all over again why I buy their products.

That's because they're a custom shop. Not a conglomarate.
They're real people that enjoy the sport, and love to support their business too, and what better way to do it than stand behind their work.
Palmers Persuit Shop... Were custom still means something.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.
