What to do about my Benchmark safety?
Well, my Automag is down until I can get a rebuild kit, so I figured I'd find a bearing, spring, and set screw for my Benchmark safety. Does anyone know what size bearing and spring fit inside the frame?
The safety comes undone when the marker is tilted to the left, and I need to fix that.
Any help at all would be appreciated.

You can cut an o-ring (I think tank o-ring works) and stuff it in the hole, just like the old Sheridan safety trick. It's cheap and it works.

That wormscrew is so tiny I had to special order an allenwrench for it. I'd call Tracey at PTP and see if they have any replacement parts if you're married to the idea of stock bits.

Yes, that is a joke ---->
If a tank o-ring fits, then you can use a spring out of a disposable lighter, just cut to length. I've made bearings from solder. I tin and flick a soldering iron over my bench until I get a suitable sized drop. Rough shape it by squeezing with pliers. Then I roll it over a file until round.
