Smile Lubes (Hater, Lurker, Violent)

Hey guys, I'm looking to try new lubes for my bolt and regs. I currently use Monkey Poo on my Luxe which works great but right now I'm feeling a bit adventurous :P .

I'm thinking of trying one of the following:
  • Hater Sauce v2
  • Luker Lube
  • Violent PB Jelly
Help me decide which one to get because I don't want to get all three.

Thanks!

personally I don't like the "super thin" lubes at all. I'm not a big hater sauce fan, it's like green gun oil

I like Hater Marmalade, Luker Lube, and Slick Honey is nice as well. Monkey Poo works great

I find that thicker lubes tend to stay in place longer, and don't shoot out into the barrel as much.

From my experience, you either thin lube (Hater Sauce, Planet Eclipse Gun Oil, etc) or thick lube (lurker, marmalade, monkey poo, slick honey, etc).

If you are in good care of your marker, you'll will hardly notice any difference. If you took detailed records and good observation, if you went 20+ cases without lubing your gun, you might find some SLIGHT differences in wear and oring residue.

If your orings seal and you maintain you gun frequently, you can even olive oil and not even think twice. I did it in my SLS, shot 5 cases through it using olive oil and it never even noticed.

Lube is lube from my experience

Chemplex 710 is pretty cool. It doesnt stick to itself very well but it sticks to other things very well. So its really slippery but stays on stuff decent. Its weird though, stays in my Quest like no tomorrow, but two cycles of my ion and it looks like I never lubed it. Stays in regs great though.

AKA Fan
I might try chemplex.

Occasionally, I shoot a droid. They're very picky abut lube. I've had a lot of success using non-moisturizing lavender scented hand lotion.

Shoots great. With a little lavender scent after a long string.

kind of crappy thing about chemplex is that its for large office printer and everyplace that sells it has a $25 minimum order and the HUGE tubes cost like 10 bucks a piece (luckily shipping counts to the minimum order). And you just end up with soooo much of the stuff you need to find someone to sell the other tube to.

Pure Lube. I started using it in my Tippmanns, and I use their oil, and lube in blow backs and my pump. My friend and I did a test using various oils in a Tippmann a-5 in room temp, and winter conditions and it beat Hoppes 9, Tech T gun drops, white lithium grease, and a few other lubes that I can't remember off the top of my head.

They have a thick syringe applied lube that is very thick, and very slick when used sparingly. and they have a green thin oil, but it sticks to metal and beads up.
