It seems odd that people are always discussing making a lower capacity force feed loader for pumps, but there has been relatively little discussion about doing it as a new shell set for an existing loader system.

Little discussion, but not none. I think one of the issues is the current size of the base components. It might require redesigning the the meat of the system with a little less horsepower and capacity to reduce space and create a lower profile.

Talk is easy; injection molding is expensive.

you don't need ADD for that. I have solid models of everything in my head. Literally, I can rotate the view and everything lol. I think about the wierdest things when I am trying to go to sleep at night. It doesn't help that I stare at modesl all day.

I've brought it up a few times. I think the last time it was about using Revvy internals in a shell made from the Prophecy shell material.

I do that too, but then I worry about forgetting something.

Just how 'not expensive' are you talking about?

In the hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. There is also carbon fibre or fibreglass in a pinch too.

What is the prophecy shell? Epoxy?

Injection molding is expensive, but plastic casting is very affordable. The last time this was brought up, I offered to prototype one in the several hundred dollar range. No takers.

The market share must not be that great, if there are no takers for prototyping that affordable.

Someone mentioned that "front players" might like it because lower capacity would inherently be a tighter setup... No way they'll give up capacity. That's not something any speedballer is willing to do.
