Before you say anything, I've already looked at the Blue Book.

I have this guy who wants me to pay for a gun that was lost at the field I use to work at. The gun is a stock A5 with a valve leak and the (paint?) was peeling. It had a 14 in glued Boomstick as well. I was thinking $80.

Any thoughts?

Why are you responsible to pay for that? I think there's probably more to the story, but try google:

Let me google that for you

Shouldn't the field owner pay for it? Was it under your watch when it was lost?

I'm not going into extenuating circumstances.
