1) Nope. You need a replacement.

b) Make sure the release pin is all the way out, then use a wooden dowel to push/hold the bolt back while you open the rotobreach. If that doesn't work, check to make sure someone hasn't modified the bolt/ram to sit closer to the ball stack. There are a few methods of doing this that each have their own disassembly technique.

I fixed the detent, used a pick and cleaned it, worked great.

Now I think (because he installed eyes) that it is modified to not allow rollback.

Man this gun is really really fast, who ever did the work knew what they were doing, very professional.
