Makes me appreciate my usual field all the more. Even if their paint is sub .670

It's a long term .50 cal conspiracy! We'll get there eventually whether people want it or not!

It honestly is starting to seem like it. sometimes it makes me want to stop playing since paint keeps getting so small. here it's between .677-.680. but God damnit. things need to stop getting small... what can we as players do?

Yup sub .670, DXS custom. Great quality paint but tiny. Last summer was hell playing with only my phantom. This was before Mike came out with the new smallest detent (and even that is too big for this paint) and everyday I'd have to dick with electrical tape just to keep all ten round from rolling right out the barrel every time I pumped. Velocity all over the place, ugh, friggin mess.

I made a vow that I was not going to play this year until I had gotten a Techt iFit kit. It's on backorder now.

I'm loyal to the field because the staff there is top notch. Facilities are OK, but the crew do an excellent job. The paint is just killer.

idk if i could deal with paint that small. that's a bit too ridiculous i think. =O we as players should go on strike. It's crazy and sad I think.

Why doesn't someone invest in a paintball making machine. I'd be willing to pay 80bucks for a good case of woodsball quality paint so long as it's perfectly round and has a peanut butter consistancy. People say it's impossible to make perfectly round paint but that's a load if I've ever heard one.

Because a paintball machine will run you $500,000 or more. Do you know the difference between getting a case of balls .680 +/- .003 and .680 +/- .0005? A lot more than you are willing to pay, trust me.

As desertT1 said, they cost considerable scrilla. It also wouldn't help FPO places, which seem to be the main problem. You can buy a brand known to be larger but if a FPO field doesn't stock it, you're poop out of luck.

Id say it's a good thing I play renegade then. And since I started playing pump Im almost certain I would pay to those tolerances.
