Small bore (.685) paint?

Back in the game after some time away and the marker I recently got came with a CP .685 barrel. Pretty small bore, so I am wondering what some decent paint is that would go well and not be too big and explode every shot.

XO Industries Spectrum for recball - that's stuff's like, BB-small and decent for the (cheap) price.

My local paint is .678, its called wrek elite. I would advise against purchasing it.

Asked my local feild what they have, so waiting for a response.
Will have to wait to invest in a kit with different bore sizes.
Aaaand would rather not get a new .689, would be easier to keep what I have.

I recently got back into paintball after many years of "hiatus". I purchased two kits that would help me with this issue. One is a Hammerhead barrel and fins. The other which can work with your stock barrel is an iFit 9 piece kit. The 9 piece will size from .667 to .692.

I purchased 3 backs (from TechT) for two markers I had (I now have a Phantom to add to the mix) and it's worked very very well. It's seems like a nice, easy kit for many markers.

My thought wasn't to change the entire barrel but you could do that as well. Just thought I'd throw a different idea out there for you.

iFit would be the way I would go, or a Freak bored barrel. But if I did go with the iFit, I would want a shorter barrel to use with it. My CP is already 14".

The iFit will add 1.25-1.75" to almost any barrel. I don't think any barrel I have is longer than 12" so I'm really at my max where I'd want it to be. But you're right. 14" plus 1.25-1.75" is a bit longer than you probably want.

Honestly, .685 may be to big...
Almost all the paint I have seen in the past year has been .679-.684
Just wait and see where your paint is sizing out at.
