A pgp could do just about anything a cocker can with enough time and money, but I would vote a phantom. Easier to maintain, no timing (I've had 5 cockers, two of which snipers, and only one has worked for me), and great all around.

Since we are talking about hypothetical situations....in addition to reducing the game down to one marker, I would like to reduce the game down to one type of player (honest, laid back, mechanically/technically savvy). That way we don't have to worry about renters messing up cockers |
