I have been the same way in that I primarily use pistols, i started with the micro BBA phantom then stepped up to the boxgun(which is my favorite gun) and a splatmaster and squall. The gargoyle will be my long?rifle gun so I suppose It is different enough that in certain situatons I would use it over my boxgun. That was my main concern that I would be just forcing myself to use one gun even though I preffer using another(I hate having a gun that I dont use frequently).

i swap between a mini orracle pump and an Etek 3. i played pump all day today, only bringing out the etek for one game (lots of cheaters/wipers, even the refs/other players were complaining). I went back to pump for the following games and went back to owning people.

keeping the same tank and barrel sure make it very easy to switch back and forth between guns.

I always start with an electric to see how the other team is playing then end up playing the last couple of games with my A5 to save on paint, the only bad thing is while I'm using the A5 I'm wishing I still was playing with an electric..

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

I'll usually start either with my Gen E( when its working) or my Trauma...then end the day with my minion. Gotta shoot the minion, she's my favorite, and if i don't she'll get pissy and **** like six o rings.

I play almost exclusively outlaw. (Haven't been to a an actual field in two years), so I play against a very wide assortment of guns and players. I enjoy the fun atmosphere and jovial light hearted sportsmanship of it. I usually bring about three or four guns so that I can choose a marker that makes me the outgunned, but by the least margin. An old rt mag against electros, an old spyder se against Upgraded tippmanns and the like, a trracer or hammer against entry semi's, and a Vulcan 5000 when I feel invincible (but my invincibility usually only lasts about two or three hits).

I will usually use at least 4 of my pumps on any given day.
It's very rare for me to break out an Electro.
The Mech's rare too.
What's important is that all have the same air tank configuration so It's a snap to switch.
Sometimes I'll keep 3 setup fully (tank/hopper/loaded) in my locked truck and grab n go in between games.

I also think this is important. I purposely switch from a RF to a CF and a SC and back and forth to make sure I'm keeping each gunfighting skill used regularly. I believe each has a slight difference and I like to keep my "sighting" eye sharp.

That's a sign of a great player.

I find that I switch around too much and it's keeping me from getting better. So, I have to force myself to play with 1 gun so I can get practice in being able to hit something.
