Just do what I do, buy a bunch of kits then you end up with increments of .001.

Well there is always that +/- issue lol. Personally I have never tried to measure the inserts. It just depends on paint that I use. 10-20 random balls as test dummies then I determine my insert size.

It's nice knowing I can just use one barrel system for all my guns.

Later,
Blackrain

Ok. I wasn't being completely negative though. I have a set of .689s I used to keep in a row by size (a .688, a .689 and a .6895). To be fair the tolerances on the stainless ones seem to be better. I think the main "problem" with the alum inserts was just the variances in the thickness of the ano. If I remember, the newer aluminum inserts also are more consistent than the older sets.

As far as the new product goes, have no doubt I'll be picking some up in the near future especially at that price. Maybe I'll hold out for some stainless ones (hint hint).

We can neither confirm or deny stainless at this time.

I dont see the problem or why you would even need to measure. You still use the bore that fits regardless of its actual size.
Its like only playing with only .68 paintballs because that's what the box says.
