Another new Ninja tank reg?

I was looking on facebook this morning and I came across this. I guess Ninja is making a new tank reg? Anyone heard of or used this thing yet?

Ive heard of it. Kinda dumb to me. Why not just adjust a normal ninja tank to 500 PSI?

don't know for sure - but at least with the SLP they hand set them to the pressure. You can pull all the shims and pretty much all ninja regs will land in the 450-550 range - but maybe they're setting this one more precisly.

I think it must run along the same idea as their high pressure regs. Sure you can change shims, but you're better off with a spring pack that is made for the pressure you want.

Medium pressure (~625 psi) is about where I run my ninja 45/45. I figured out that I had at least five markers that all had regs set around 300 psi and were either low volume of fire or relatively high efficiency.

I doubt it's urgently going to replace an older model, but it might be good for new purchases.

Might be a more dumby proof design for those who don't feel comfortable taking their reg's apart?

Sure. For the same price, you might as well get it setup how you want it. It's the only way to get the factory service from a vendor; put a model number on it.

I think that it is still their normal reg, just with one less shim in it so it specifically outputs right around 650 PSI.

The ad isn't right, either. Or else somebody forgot to run it by the editor/proofreader.

"Now taking order's . . ."

There are some other small errors, but that one is pretty egregious, and if this is real, someone better catch it quick.
