Loaders with thin feednecks
Hey guys, I need some suggestions on loaders with thin feednecks for my pump. I tried putting on my Reloader B but the feedneck was to thick, so I'm assuming all Halo style loaders will not work. I was thinking about just picking up a revy or maybe just buy a cheap gravity hopper. Need some opinions. Thanks.

Just use some sandpaper.

Yup, for a pump, a revy or gravity loader (some like the Primo) should do you just fine for $25 or so.

Sandpaper can work, but my teammates already break so many hoppers at the feedneck. I'd want to be very careful to not sand in stress concentrations (make it really smooth and tapered).

if you want a cheap hopper, i have a spare empire loader (looks like the revvy, i dont know what its actually called). pm me if interested. not sure if the feedneck would be the same thickness though.

I'm not sanding down my feedneck, I can't afford to buy another expensive loader, but thanks for the advice.

$20 for mine, its not an expensive one :ROTFL:

Haha I'll think about it. I still need to buy other stuff before I buy a loader for this :p

I used a knife to carve out space for my winchester for my phantom. It's held up fine. :P

But it's also a small hopper and the material is easy to cut, unlike something like an empire b's shell.

The vlocity has a pretty thin feedneck.

A couple of years ago, it was common practice to sand down feed necks on Halos so they would fit your smallest feedneck, then use a spot of tape to shim up to the biggest. It kept you from having to own too many expensive hoppers, or one suited to each gun. I've had to do it to my prophecy since I snapped the shells in my autococker stock feed, twice.
