If it is walk on play, and I am the last player, I certainly would call out. No reason in getting a senseless bunkering, can't really run the clock out in a walk on game either... If I am not the last player, then I will probibly stay in.

It would depend on the situation.
I find even when you have an empty marker, most people are not alert or aware enough to see a paintball flying through the air.
Nothing like making a run while dry firing in the air.

With all this talk of swords and knives, it makes me wonder...
Are bayonets the next must-have mil-sim accessory?

It all depends on the situation, but I have yet to just call myself out. My favorite was when I was playing a walk-on game... I started by popping out and throwing paintballs at the other team. After I hit 2 guys with no breaks I gave up, sat down behind my bunker, and started lobbing them over the top in the general direction of the other team. Know what happened next? I got accused of blind firing! The ref comes over, sees that my marker is on the ground next to me and doesn't have a tank attached (I put it in my pocket), one hand is full of paintballs and he just stands there silent for a second. Me-"I ran out of air" Ref-"He's good, play on!"
