Figure $100 for the rail as a one-off and about the same for the changer.

I'll be making more of that changer for sure (gotta use this pile of lever bits up) and if there's enough interest I can make the rail as well.
Once made in numbers figure more like $80 for the changer. Dunno bout hte rail yet, depends on interest

I have been calling it "PMI Project" with Punisher.

I sent him this in October 2006
(1) PMI-1 DF that had a PPS Performance Valve, and Ultra Bolt work done to it.
(1) CCM 86* Trigger frame
(1) CCM Pump kit
(1) WGP complet pnumatic front block
$250.00 in cash

Work to be done:
Gas-thru trigger frame
Cocker detent
Reconfigure to accept 2000+ pump kit
Longer RVA for the CCM Trigger frame

The communication has been limited in the last year. However, based on his post on the Phog, I emailed him, and got this response.

"Hi Jake,
I'm sorry man it's been way too long. I'm working as much as I can butonly get a few hours a night now that I have a day job (and that sillygirl that keep hanging around). I'm not at the shop at the moment but IIFC all the solder work is done andthere's some lathe time needed and I think we're close to plating butfrankly I can't remember what I had for lunch so don't quote me. I'll get it back underway as soon as humanly possible and I'll try andhave a little something extra for your patience.

The "Hall of Shame" should be for people who have business with him, AND as a factual thread... As much as possible I suppose.

This thread should be put back out and into the public regardless though. You right B, no flaming. But it is hard to distinguish flaming vs a REALLY pissed off customer though.

This started in the Members area right? I'll might move it back there.... I'm not going to get into censoring posts, etc. I understand why it was cleaned up for the Hall of Shame, but I'll put it back where it belongs.

If people start flaming and are outright jerks in the thread, then that's when we lock a thread (since we've all had enough at that point) to keep more from happening, or you hand out a warning.

That's all.

For some of you, Lee Kinney has had your stuff or owed you a lot of money for a lot longer than what I am dealing with. Why are you guys being so passive in dealing with this guy?

Second, if I would have known that he was doing this stuff, I wouldn't have gotten involved with him. I understand that according to the Punisher "sympathizers" I'm pissing in the wind, but something has to be done. I'm tired of people like Lee who think they can get away with fraudulant behavior just because they are living far away. And frankly, I don't care what his excuses are. He's done this to more than one person. Enough is enough.

I've contacted Lee Kinney through his email and also Have Blue (whom I am very sorry to involve in this.) Have, Just forward the email I sent to an email he definitely checks. I want Lee to know that he has until March 16th to contact me about what he still owes me. If I don't here from him by then, I'll start the process of contacting the authorities.

And to anyone else who currently has business with Lee Kinney and have gotten the shaft in the form of empty promises and or no communication, I urge you to contact the authorities. I will post the neccessary info when I get organized.

Ive been PM'd with some info on pending legal action.

Ive said it before,and say it again, any legal action like this is going to mean more likely that anyone who has property with him wont be seing it any time soon. Or ever.

Money... who knows.

And if he does do jail time, its been brought up that him sitting in jail is going to maybe make some people happy, but get no one's gear or cash back. You dont make much money behind bars.

at this point, is there a reasonable expectation for people getting their gear and money back anyway? thats the question that has to be asked.

Now the "can't get blood from a turnip" argument begins. How if you just dog the guy, he will just end up going bankrupt and screwing everyone. How you should just wait like the rest and not rock the boat. How he has promised to do it all because he is a stand up guy. How he would be such a loss to the community at large if we couldn't just be patient. How ranting and smearing him has accomplished nothing so far.

I am the one taking legal action. I deal with 4000+ Lee Kinneys on a daily basis. Yes criminals! There are some who wish to stand on the side line in hopes that you will get your stuff. At what point do you chaulk it up to a loss? For those of you who are tired of waiting pm me and I will give you all the information you need to pursue legal action. I feel its best if we keep track of all case #s ect so we reference them. Again if you do not want to be a part of it and you feel that some day you may receive a package on your door then that is up to you. For all others well if not now then when?
