He has had database crashes every year I have been following this. I know HE doesn't have copies of all the emails involved. You can be sure he hasn't a clue where to begin on about half of the stuff in his possession. I think the man has been in denial on this problem for 3 years.

I don't think anything anybody does online will change his frame of mind. It has come to the point where he must face a judge in order to get shaken out of his funk.

Ah, OK, my mistake.

Man, I am so glad I didn't put down my cash for a Crowdbuster. I was *this* close, but then decided that I was going to invest in my Tippy and some 40K stuff. Good decision...

Brian,
What is it you think i still owe you? You didn't pay me enough to cover
everything you already have. Period.

If you've paid more than that please send copies of the checks and we'll
go from there.

I'm getting tired of people claiming more than what they are due. I've
been threatened, lied to, lied about, etc at ****ing length.
Send copies of fund sent.

sorry
Lee

Lee,

Sorry to do this, but if I don't here from you by March 16th about how we
can come up with a solution what you still owe me, I will be in touch with
the internet fraud people and the police investigators. I urge you not to
**** around with this and communicate with me.

Sorry,

Brian "smiley" Burke

Lee,
Okay, You've forced me to get organized a lot sooner than I wanted. So here goes:)

You posted on the forum last May when I posted an innocent question about how to get ahold of you. You said that I had $180 credit for the custom PGP barrels you made incorrectly and that you had the stock already and just needed time to get them made:

Now I'll address this one only since he's the thread starter:
Smiley, you've already recieved more in dollar value than your deposit by a goodly amount. I've got the last two pieces of raw barrel brass in my posession that are slated to go to you for those side tubes. At that point you'll be approximately $180 AHEAD. Good enough for you?

But you forgot to mention the $50 money order deposit (08948092915) deposit sent with those pgp barrels on November 14th. That was the last I heard from you since May 07. If you don't remember, I sent these barrels back to you tracked in November 14th 2006 (tracking number - 0305 0830 0001 6891 0215) with another $50 deposit regarding more latch feed tubes to be made with that thick walled feed tube stock. You acknowledged your blunder (see email attached below) and said that would fix the mistake and resend them. Then, after January 07, that was the last I heard from you until your post on Phog. I still have the emails and money order stubs and the tracking slips.

Listen, I don't want any trouble. Technically, you still owe me $230 in deposit money. I really don't want to cause trouble for you. All I want are feed tubes stock (in a timely manner). In fact, i just want 190$ worth of that THICK feed tube stock and I'm off your back for good. The $40 left over with take care of the shipping.

As for me under paying, I've sent your three payments - $220, $200 and $50. All I have ever received was:
2 Delrin pump grips
2 Latch fed Feed Tubes
and two pgp custom barrels that were made wrong (which I sent back to you). By my calculations and what you told me the cost was, you STILL owe me $230.

Lastly, I'll be out of town until March 17th with sporadic internet access. Hopefully, I will hear from you by then.

Smiley

Hi Brian,
I should have the material on hand by the end of the month to do your
barrels (again...uh....3x?), that was $500 I wasn't ready to spend...but
it's a special size they only do in small batches.
On another subject, like I said before you have to be carefull when you
write me an E-mail, especially in the subject line. If you capitalize
everything or add a bunch of extra letters or exclamation points
etc...it'll get sucked into the spam folder and I generally just dump it
once a week. I just happened to notice one of your messages in there.

Well the good news is that Lee is getting married!! As recently posted on PHOG,

Life has certainly taken some turns I would not have considered possible until very recently, of all....sanity would be one of the biggest changes. But before I get into that I'll drop a bit about the business since that's all most of you are interested in anyway, right? In short, I'm still finishing and shipping out guns, I'm still managing a couple a week. I've got several 'problem child' guns that for one reason or another are taking longer....never mind a couple large scale projects that have kicked my ***.
:truce:
Some of you have probably noted that I'm not too responsive to messaging in whatever form you may have chosen and unfortunately that's going ot continue for the near future. What this has allowed me to do is concentrate on actually getting work done in the time i have rather than trying ot juggle jobs by who's got what event when, who's mom is maddest, who's so heartbroken they've quit playing paintball all together.....yada yada yada.
I know that's probably not very comforting to those who've got projects in house here but it's what I can do. It's much easier with just a touch of calm rather than the near-panic level I used to work at. I actually get more done per hour than I did before.....productivity is good.
As some of you may have also noted, there are small runs of stuff trickling out of the shop to be sold thru ASP. A few weeks back I ran across some blocky pump handles I'd 'lost' on the shelves here. They went pretty quickly so I've been picking away at another ten that I'd started. I've run across some feed tubes I lost track of as well so they'll be up at ASP soon too. There are other bits&bobs here that I'll try and get into a finished state so as to get them out to you guys as I can. I've got some of the parts needed for another short run of undercocking kits though they will be the higher end sets...you can now get cheapo stuff in other places.
Which brings something else to mind.......
I've been thinking about Punisher's Customs and what ultimately I want to do with it as an entity. I've put too much time, money and heart into it to just let it die but I also realize I can't let it own me the way it has up until recently. I love to make stuff, whether that be gadgets for paintball guns, motorcycle parts, bits for RC...whatever, it's just that it wasn't FUN anymore to run PC as it was. Nobody was happy, certainly not me and those that were happy....didn't say so in any volume. So......
As far as I can say for now, I'm going to concentrate on putting out high end products and not play the 'cheap-junk' factory game. There's lots of guys who want to be that and that's cool. It used to piss me off royally to find that someone had copied my ideas and were churning out cheap copies. I was trying to compete on price and suffered for it when my aim has always been quality first. So it's going to be 'back to basics' for me. Back to a limited offering of only the highest quality stuff at a fair price. Lest you get the wrong impression, that's fair to me too. Again....if you want something cheap there's several guys offering their stuff.
As to the rest......
The day job is accomplishing what it should......but it's a day job. I hate it every day I'm here but it pays the bills......what a concept. My band is on hiatus and I'm not doing much else other than sitting in with a few bands I know from time to time, kinda miss it but for now it's the way it is. Haven't been riding much either, mainly due to no time and the rainy weather but that's ok.
One big change is on the horizon for me............I'm getting married. I've known Tracy for a couple years but we hadn't dated until this year and as these things seem to do....all fell into place for us rather quickly. It's pretty clear that we do better together than we do apart. Without going into mushy territory, she's the perfect counterpoint to myself. She's the beauty to my beast and the smooth to my rough edges. She's awesome. She puts up with me....that says a lot. We're moving into a nice loft apartment in just under a month so I've been trying to get into the habit of cleaning up my messes a little more. It's been a while since I've had a live-in and it's proving to be a nice thing to come back to after several years more or less on my own.
Well. lunch is over, back to the grind. I can't promise I'll be back anytime soon but I'll try. Until then, here's to you guys!

I have no record of anything after the first $50 money order. If you can
provide copies (scanned is fine) I'll see what I can match on this end.

I'm having trouble matching it to anything in my records. I need scans of
the money order(s) you'd sent to match up here. My records say we're done
and have been for a long time. Point me to this post on the PHoG also
please.

Contact is good. A glimmer of hope is restored. The barest but a glimmer none the less.

He didn't make that, it's been around awhile.

And yeah, you'd look like you were doing necro buttsecks whilst astride it.

Right now I'm speechless and I'm not exactly sure what to type, or how to describe what I feel. This is the first time I've come across this thread. I need a minute to take it all in and a few hours to read it

I too have had my dealings with Lee. One ended fine, the second with a bit of grief and the third has yet to end...the end isn't even in sight, or is it?

More thoughts and details to follow.
