I wonder if the meds mentioned before are having a positive effect.

Well, if anyone at this point, sent him a gun and/or money, I'd call them a damned fool. I have given everyone who beat me up with PMs a way to get their gear back. If a pretty picture is all it takes to sway opinion, all I can say is, I'll get my gear back. *Shrugs*

Question
...and not attack your customers for complaining. Also accept responsibility for his dilemma and stop bemoaning his fate. A little PR and customer management could get him all the time he needs because again...everyone really wants their work as planned, not their money and unfinished markers back. It will be interesting to see if he turns it around. The thing that hacks his customers off the most is simply being ignored for a year at a time. I think maybe he is trying judging by Smiley's recent ongoing contact.
Well, I'm not sure where to go with this right now. I sent him back MY custom PGP barrels with delivery confirmation and I still have the stub (and the money order stub that was sent too), but he won't acknowledge them. He's now telling me after 2.5 years that I never paid him enough and that I owe him money. He's also claiming that I never sent a deposit other than what I proved to him. Lastly, Lee is making the claim that I am trying to scam him.

When I said, "F*** this, let the authorities handle this," he writes this in one email:
Let's be clear here.
2 one-off delrin pump handles $75 each = $150
2 one-off brass spring feels $150 each = $300

You have not paid me $450.

And then in a second email he writes:

Also,
I have to tell you that if it turns out I don't owe you anything and you
proceed, I'll have no choice but to seek damages against you.

What gets me, is he's never said I owed him more money and he's inflating the prices and not acknowledging payment that was sent over 2 years ago. But then he says:
Looking back I can't even find record that you paid for the barrels
beyond possibly the $50 as a deposit which I'll gladly refund at this
point if that's the case. Really man, all I need is proof that you paid
and I'll do the best I can to take care of it.

He keeps demanding more proof, especially for details that have nothing to with the PGP barrels I returned to have redone and the money I sent him for a new order. Why is it my fault that he's as organized as a retarded squirel?

And there's that post he made last May/June on Phog which I've asked people to read on here and at work. Out of 13 people, 11 of them intrepretted the "$180 ahead" as there is $180 credit. Lee, on the other hand said this:
However, re-reading the snip you sent below I can kinda see where your
confusion lay. Translated into english plain as I can make it that:
If I send you the two more side feeds you'll be getting $180 worth of
stuff for free.

Have someone else read it without any bias see what they say, wait what am
I saying, there's no way you would do that.

And yes, he does good work, but with all this bull crap, it nullifies all the validity of the good work.

Suggestions?

Tough call Brian. You have a case, I'd make it happen if he isn't going to fix it.

The more it is discussed, the more pressure that is applied. Like an itch he can't scratch. The quieter it stays the more he likes it.

Question suggestions on my situation?

Any advice? Will my delivery confirmation slip and the money order stub be enough to file, or do I now need a copy of every payment slip that has been made to him in the past three years?

I think that's exactly what you will need. Since he is challenging you to produce proof, one would have to assume he will deny it all to the end. Id put everything I had together into the proper time-line and have it as easy to follow as possible. He may be banking on the nature of the deal being difficult for you to prove.

The problem is, you have a normal brain and you are trying to understand someone with a defective brain. Why do pedophiles do what they do? They are sick, and if you have a normal brain you will never understand them. Trying to understand Punisher is like trying to understand a pedophile.

Yeah I have kinda got that vibe from him over the years. Kinda like he carries his own "special" reality around with him where normal rules of conduct don't apply. But hey, if you are going to make up rules about reality, make them favor you, right?
