(Hi guys, haven't been on MCB in ages and just came across this thread)

I honestly had never considered the CB trigger groups that I have in stock to be 'stolen'! Lee did make more CB trigger groups than there were CrowdBuster orders (the trigger and 'sear' were CNCed, and it only made sense for him to get a bunch of them run off), and I got the extras. I'm not sure how that might make them stolen - if I recall, something like 20 people ordered CrowdBusters, but I only got 5 or 6 trigger groups.

If it makes you feel any better, the CB trigger groups have not been huge sellers - I think I've sold a single one thus far.

Hey RP, been a while! I managed to get Wordpress installed on Lee's server - he's going to try to use it as a blog to keep people updated on various projects, such as the CB orders. I guess we'll see if it helps with communications - I still need to get a spam firewall running for email, but hopefully this will help.

That was a wise move. That's the most hopeful thing I have seen with this situation in 2 or three years. A little posting there should take the pressure off long enough for him to wrap it all up. As long as he can not shoot himself in the foot with a bitter attitude. I believe he can do it.

I will swallow my words when Lee delivers the CB's as promised. As a matter of fact, I will also post a public apology to him as well as you.Sound fair?

But... as things stood. You were selling parts from guns that where never made. How else does that look to the public at large? Expecially since he was not communicating with anyone about the aformentioned issues.

I can see your point, but I hope you don't still think of them as being 'stolen' after I've noted that they were in fact extras. No apologies needed for me - I can understand that without information to the contrary that you might jump to that conclusion (if our places were switched, I'd also be wondering what was really going on). Just hope I've set the record straight - I don't want anyone to think that ASP deals in 'hot goods'.

After I got Officer Papke to do my emailing for me, his response was to mail my gun. He mailed it to the wrong address when I KNOW he had the right one, so I still haven't got it, but I'll say it again; Follow the instructions in my first post and you will get your stuff back. He will not ignore her, and he can't explain why he's had your gun for years either, so he ships it. It may not be done, but if it isn't, go through her, then sue him. Be sure to fill out the complaint form BEFORE you email Officer Papke. I have to believe that's why he did this blog. He was served papers by someone else, and then I turned the Oregon DA's office on to him, and this thread.
