Well I was trying to say something, but did a horrible job doing so. But it comes back to the saying/idea, "If you act worse than the person that you have a problem with, your no better than him", or something to that effect. That make sense?

I am not afraid of Lee at all, I have no problem waiting for my projects, I know he'll come thru. I am only posting about yours and Martys rantings about the whole issue. I just dont see how anything you guys are doing will make it any BETTER, just worse. Yes I metioned on Doc's that starting big crap storms could drive someone to just say F it and close up, write it all off as a loss, and say FU to all the backlog customers. I am not afraid that he'll do that, but if enough people keep going on, that is a possible outcome. It seems to me that people with a legitimate beef are resorting to bottomfeeder tactics. Please note, I am not saying you dont have a true reason to be angry, but your tactics are going to far IMO..............again IMO.

For the record, I agree that you guys have plenty of reasons to be mad/angry, if going about it the way you have been is making you feel better, then I guess it'll work for something POSITIVE, just not the positive effect you may have been going for.

Again, all this is my OPINION. Since everyones seems to be going onto the "Let's lynch'em" attitude, I felt I needed to throw my 2 cents in, as I am also affected by Lee's problems, and entitled to post about it all......

Shane-O, you are wrong to call it bottom feeder. I am not acting worse than him - if anything its simply a case of letting the crime fit the punishment (heh), since Lee is the one that has chosen to just ignore me and others. Do you understand that?

as for making the situation better? well, clearly the status quo of sitting around quietly lest we offend the all powerful Lee Kinney has NOT been working. No, I am no longer content to just wait and wait and wait and wait, and not have my attempts at communication answered. That game is no longer cutting it. If you are afraid that what I am doing is going to affect your projects, then you just haven't gotten to the point that I am at yet. Maybe you never will. So be it.

Again, I am not someone who has stole ridiculous amounts of money from a shocking number of people - Lee is. And with how long this latest brush fire has been burning, his continued silence is certainly not helping his case.

Don/Marty, don't waste your time on the critics and those who are stupid/desperate enough to endure the misbehavior of Punisher.

You can never win debates with certain folks and this issue has a focal point quite apart from all the fanboys and those who fear Kinney will close before they get their work.

Reminds me a little of those Chinese workers who will stay, hard at work, with an employer who has stopped paying them any wages on the theory/hope that by staying and enduring the abuse, they will ultimately be paid for the labor.

Focus on Kinney and leave his praying fanboys in their cotton-brained innocence.

Drum: Why dont you just come out and call me names directly? Come on Drum, be a man, say what you want to say, to whom it actualy concerns. I just like the way you try and make it look like your being ambigious, when its obvious who your talking about. You have no dog in this fight, but you had to make snide comments........just come out and say what you want to WHO you want. I dont mind...............................

Shane, try to keep yourself on topic here. I know you are trying real hard to do whatever you are trying to do here, but try harder to keep your abject hatred of me and the semi-personal attacks on your fellow Kinney customers in check.

Furthermore, you are not the only one to take the (lame) stance that you have espoused, although you are certainly the most persistant and shrill of your ilk. Despite this latter, you were not the sole focus of my comments above.

Ok, half my post was OT.

For the record, I have no abject hatred for you or anyone on this board. You and I dont agree on many things, but you thinking I HATE you is wrong, and plain silly. I have no HATE for Don, Marty and any other Punisher customer. I just dont agree with their methods. Maybe I am wrong, maybe not, but thats the beauty of a forum board, everyone can have their say/opinion. I have no loyalty to Pun, and no defense of his current situation. My opinion is only that going to the lengths that many are, make them as bad as they feel Lee is. That might be wrong, but it is how I perceive it. Drum you say that your post was for more than one person, but how about calling it as you see it? Or do not want to actually confront those people, and say what you think of them? If you wanna insult someone, do it directly, not some cowardly blanket statement.You say I wasnt the sole focus of that statement, I know that, but it DID include me. There are two classes we should focus on IF there is a problem. Punisher and those he had dealings with.

I think almost all other things are off topic and border on distracting and filled with hubris.

anybody who allowed more time before they sought recovery of their goods and money may be doing themselves harm. Depending on local limitation periods it would be prudent to move quickly rather than to acquiesce. Shane-O, failure to act within a reasonable period of time could give rise to the defense of laches, and be construed as negligence on the part of any plaintif.

You may believe that Lee needs more time, or should be given more time, but if these people wait much longer they may lose their only avenue of seeking a remedy.
