I got the idea from watching some Airsoft videos (seems popular with them). There's a ton of variations out there. I find most people put them too far back, making it impossible to go through doors without smacking it around. Mine just rides up just over my shoulder. It's very close to something pistolpete put together a while back.

It's a private building and they pretty much play 100% milsim games with their own set of rules so they don't have "open houses" often. I doubt I'll get back in there for some time but it was a nice experience. We were approx 40 players but I found the stair cases were the major bottle necks to the game. I only got 1 elimination but it did have a "wow" factor.

Thanks for the kind comments. It was my first real paintball video and I am still learning how to edit (someone donated to me a copy of Sony Vegas 9 pro). I'm hoping to have more videos soon and the big game season is just starting so anything is possible.

Wow pretty nifty setup! Man, Hawaii needs a private building to play in like that... Sigh. How comfortable is the rig when playing? I would think the piping might get uncomfortable after a while.


Here's some better play footage. Nothing fancy, just music and video. Cut it up slightly to get rid of my hand in the shots and my voice. Was taking photos as I walked around.

I like that third person Monty, looks much better than the one way back behind that would get caught on everything!

No doubt...I do a lot of yelling (drawing fire and giving out positions) and what shooting I am able to do, paint's the trees different colors.

So I wanted to play and be challenged like I would with a pump, but use my Droid because it was being neglected. Also speedball is coming as well with this setup.

Yeah I do play alot of stock class with speedballers so this was actually easier for me cuz I could precede two or more shots rather quickly.
