Bryce & Cockerpunk offering FN303 paintball conversion

They've got a placeholder site up right now. I think this is pretty awesome. It's a dedicated first strike platform made by devolumizing the FN303 valve to something closer to Automag specs. Putting side load on the rounds makes much more sense than using them in a vertical magazine.

According to Mayvik here, he was pretty much able to get playable velocity with normal rounds without modification, but had to drop pressure to a borderline functional level.

I think he's right in that the FN probably has a very hard mainspring, and if it is AGD compatible, switching to a lighter one would prevent chuffing when dropping the pressure into a usable zone.

Too bad the gun is several hundreds of dollars, if you can find one. Still, to the few who do have them it's a pretty great opportunity.

That's pretty groovy, but do they even sell FN303's to civilians? I know Mayvik got lucky with his.
