| Post Whore | Enough is Enough (or is it?)
I took a short hiatus from MCB & eBay and gun whore(ding). (Since i rarely sell). I'm going through the plastic bins of PBall gear and can't really believe all the crap I've accumulated that has never (and likely never will) hit the field. I need to downsize big time. I'm back and will be liquidating a lot of stuff i don't need in an attempt to get down to a few essentials. Of course my essential list is pretty long too.. but i gotta start somewhere. This got me thinking. There are some guns I can't say no to. It doesn't matter that I already have 1 (or 12). Every time I see it up for sale I think about pulling the trigger. I had to walk away from the whole paintball scene for a while in order to break myself of the habit. My weaknesses? (In Chronological order of my catching the sickness)
Occasionally, I told myself I would sell a few and put 'em up with such an unrealistic price that it's obvious (in hindsight) I didn't really want to sell it. And when it didn't sell I happily put it back in the bin. I'm not really sure what the point of this post is. Maybe some kind of therapy. My name is DarkStar and I have LAPCO/F1/Vector/AutoMag/Tribal problem. If I try to buy your LAPCO/F1/Vector/AutoMag/Tribal call my sponsor and tattle |

I got the same problem. I took a break too. Part of the problem is that MCB lures you in because you can always find some topic to click on and you're bored looking for something interesting on the web. Next thing you know you are clicking on a B&S link and going, "Wow, nice wood grips" and "Is that brass?". Even though you have 3 more already on the wall you're like "..but I really like that trigger frame or maybe it's the drop or stabe, I want it because it's the same but different". BAM, you're screwed.

Ahh i gotcha, Thankfully i don't have the same lust for the F4s. By then the brand had been bought and sold a few times and for some reason never sparked my interest (Probably all the non-black colors). I would like to check one out sometime in order to see if any of the parts are compatible. The striker looks promising for F2s, possibly the whole lower tube ............... some stuff from the first batch: few things i'm not sure of.... FMV: Bits & Pieces -DS |
