The only one of those that i ever saw was on a demo table at IAO one year with teh guy who made the JAM bolt. He was using it to demonstrate how the bolt pinched the ball.

Yeah, we've bickered about whether or not it would work over at MCB.

I say it won't work, and to prove it, all some one has to do is mill up a block of acrylic and I'll run tests on it.

i don't even think making it a lp cocker would improve the ability of the material to survive holding pressure using the standard cocker dimensions... you'd have to beef up the block outer dimensions some.

Give me time and I will dig up some material properties information so we can look at this scientifically (sp?)
