The Man With No Plan
push it into the hole
use the reg piston thingy (i dont know the exact term) and push it in and out to smoooth out the shape
remove the reg piston thingy, let jb weld cure for full cure
lightly sand the insides to make perfect
that hole was/will be removed on the newest run of launchers
he said it takes like 8000-10000 psi to blow up the havoc, the hole was placed to prevent 900-1000 psi
so they got rid of it

So will they send you a new body when you jb weld the regulator piston into the cylinder?
A half inch dowel fits down the bore, mine is curing right now, the dowel acts as a nice form.
Jb weld stays pretty gooey/tacky for an hour

Full M4 Air Thru Stock
Tank butt stock with foam insert and 12g gram drop out
with 13in Tank as the stock
Close up of the air fitting.
Ive actually got an m203 flip up sight I need to add but the rail I need is longer then what I can find and needs to have "custom" cut holes.
Still working on that part

Make the Havoc 2 out of a higher grade aluminium, something that is tougher than the velveeta cheese grade currently used, this might help prevent all those screws stripping out the body.

No matter what you make the body outa people will strip ther threads. You can't fix stupid... Maybe people should learn how to properly tighten bolts. Last I checked it was made outa 6061 which is pretty dang common and strong enough.
