New VS Series Spyders

I don't know how many of you have seen these yet but,at the NPPL tournament I was at recently Kingman was showing off the MR series Spyders along with The New VS series ones which don't come out for a few months yet.Here a pic of what the VS3 looks like
The VS1 and 2 are only slighty different, the VS3 comes with the rocker frame the other 2 do not.

I've seen a few pics of them but I still have not heard what they are, electo sear tripper, electro-pneumatic, popit, spool, magic elves stuffed inside. My curiosity is aroused.

As far as I know it's just like any other newer E-Spyder but,the body has been redone.I know that the bolt comes out like a Timmy bolt does.

Only if I know which sort of elves, the shoe elves, the cookie elves, the lame "pretty boy" elves from Lord of the Rings, or some other varity thereof...

I think those spyders look really similar to the DM#s and whatnot. *shrug* Good marketing ploy. That's what people want to buy now.

Copied from a translated German website:

Kingman has a new set of markers on the market brought from the open Bolt Bowblack tide stands out. The VS Series is an electro-pneumatically steered open Bolt marker. Into the VS Guns presses RAM the hammer with air pressure against valve and a feather/spring brings those to RAM back in starting position. Thus a somewhat simplified Ego, fishing rod, Timmy - principle. Further features are:

* Clamping feed-hit a corner
* Body kit
* On/off
* Top Cocking
* BreakBeam Eyes
* Modulator
* 2 Piece barrels
* Accepts matrix grips

It will give two variants:

* VS2 with a normal double trigger
* VS3 with the Rocking trigger

cough cough, dm, cough. "Its great to bring the looks and faster firing rate of high end tourny markers to the cheaper of our paintball companions"
This looks rather familar.... a few good guns come out that are acutally worth buying, a few hundred companies, remarket their ideas and outsource to foriegn lands all the while useing cheaper/crappeir matierals and workmanship to make it for cheaper, and sell it to the unsuspecting first time buyer or unknowing paintballer as the same thing for a better deal.

lets see:

Nelson based markers
vm based markers (stacked tube, open bolt, blowback)
tippmann based markers (single tube, open bolt, blowback)
autococker based markers (physcobalistics cough)
mag based markers (damn shockers)
ect. ect. ect.

the list goes on and on. Industry will eventully run out of new ideas for gun mechinisms, and everyone will basically have the same marker and people will get board of not have an insane amount of advantage due to their extremely large pocket books.

The sport will almost die and will be held together by those who really care about the game and those who just like to shoot things.

Those who keep this sport toliratable and make us remember the good old times, and not how the kid in the ion just slamed his gun down in the parking lot because he got out on the break and had to stay in the dead box for a game or two.

But the good ones are normally the people who get fed up of the young punks and the uneducated parents, and they leave the sport. But if you really cared about the sport, you wouldnt just leave when you get fed up.

Because if you do, you will make it a harder battle to keep honor and fun in the game. You make it just that little bit harder to keep the unruley players that cheating and turning up the velocity on the field to be funny, under control.

You make it just that much harder to keep from joining them and cheating with them.

We need all the help we can get, help keep this sport what it was ment to be. Fun.

Dont mind me, very tired and I fell like ranting. Ok, how about that new spyder?
