Shocktech on/off ASA leaking

Hey, I'm having trouble with my shocktech on/off asa leaking out of the front where the knob screws on as well as the vent hole where the rail slides into it.

Does anyone know if there is a way to replace o-rings or what may be causing this problem? I got it used so I'm not sure if the pin should have a o-ring or not on it.

They have 1 o-ring on the plunger, but I don't know the size for it. For the leak through the venthole replacing the tank o-ring should help.
