Dowel pins came in.
Mill has been restored to operating condition thankfully. the power supply in the pc controller died. the spare was also a deader when i put it in. it did not look promising

Started putting all the updates in the original thread here:

It will be at castle again though! ( ie come to castle, drink beer, eat prodigious amounts of food, hang with great people, fondle the prototpye, and possibly play a game of paintball..... Maybe. )

Looks great but it needs to have a Duck Slide pump. And maybe a 1911 beaver tail. I'm a huge fan of your 45 grips with the bucket changers.

Russc,

Since you have brought it up a few times now.

That is a custom Mec Ion lower reciever. I still have allot of machining to do. Someday when it's done I'll post a thread on it. Of course Dukie could have it done in under a week but I'm slow.

that was something I was looking at for the future. it all depends on if there is enough interest when (if?)I go to release the base model. The pump was design for compatability with the DSP frame.

cool! I had tinkered with the idea of a frame for the ion but have yet to put anything on paper through lack of an ion lol. Its a great platform to use for it. simple and modular.

getting it done quick is all about having the time and machines lol.

oh and this is the old thread, the discussion moved here: mag fed phantom
