I mocked this up a few weeks back, and unfortunately the automag sear makes it really tough to keep the magazine as close as you've got it on this gun here. It would most likely require an extended bolt to work, and that would screw the proportions up.

No he realized the error of his ways. While the grip adapter/filler could be milled a little to accept the reg, there is no guarantee where the flats on the hex section will lie when installed. The way things usually go it would sit with the points of the hex pointing straight sideways Not so comfortable.

Its not a show stopper if you want to tinker, but its not something I want to mess with.

yeah that front frame screw right smack in the middle of the breech is a bit of a pain.

Ahh okay. I was just trying to imagine some regulation to help consistency. If I were to be shooting FS rounds it would be sparingly and I wouldn't want to worry about some co2 liquid messing with what little aim I have.

I wish the palmers in line reg was smooth on the outside and took an allen like the CCI bucket changer adapter.

What kind of consistency were you getting out of the DSP frames?

Yeah, unfortunately I think the best solution would be a mech Ion platform, or something along those lines. Pneumatics allow you to relocate the trigger wherever you need it, and you can extend the bolt however much you want without having to braze it together out of unobtanium.

I love all these first strike guns coming out...drool worthy. I definitely want to get something sniperlicious and try a scenario game with FSRs this summer!

Dukie you make it look easy wayy too easy. I bet back in the day you made a working Star Trek phaser with an erector set. I agree wholeheartedly Russ, it's going to be a FS summer!
