Been around since 07-08 playing pump.
I thought my old impulse or pre dye matrix was an antique

The oldest gun I remember using was a 96 sniper

My normal gun is regarded as old normally and it's an ss-25

I don't particularly have any respect for players using a pump gun. You had $700 in your wallet, you had the ability to purchase anything you wanted... you chose a pump gun... and that was your decision.

It comes down to how much do you want to physically restrict and limit yourself, when using pump. There is a very simple, "sliding scale" where you choose the marker that best suits your preferences for pump.

Want the ultra-challenge? Go stock class against seasoned veterans

Want the easiest pump play? Go autotrigger, with a Z2 & 68/4500

I think it's foolish to cast judgement, on someone else's preference because it's not "pure enough" for you. Just because you use stock class against a bunch of newbies at a church group, doesn't give you the right to attack someone using autotrigger on an XBall field against a D2 team.

Pick the gun based on your pump playing skill, and the skill level of your opponents. If you are Sonny Lopez, playing against some first timers, go with stock class. If you're facing players like me.... I strongly suggest a full setup with autotrigger, force feeding hopper and HPA.
I hate to say it but when you are rocking a force fed loader, 68/4500 and an at with your pump you should just be rocking a mech. The reason i play with a pump is because i have a light marker (winchester and 13/3000) that i will not shoot a lot of paint out of. Do i rock this on the airball field from time to time, yes i do. Do i think that i should throw a loader and a big tank on there? No i don't i would rather pull out my cocker or my g6r if i am going to try to lane people rather then gunfight. Simply said i dont see the point of ever using a pump with a loader and huge tank other then the possibility that it is your only marker and you want to emulate a semi auto marker.

go to the rare and old section of the buying forum, you'll get your hands on an 80's gun in no time.

My Feedback http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/f...-feedback.html My link sucks. This is why I operate a CNC machine instead of program one.
