So - after the first 24 hours, it looks like BDU's are out front, followed by the kilt!
Let keep the advice coming!
Roller hockey pants seem like a decent idea.. hmm..

Exalt Throwback pants are fantastic if you don't like the super bulky feel of traditional paintball pants. I borrowed a pair from a friend when I was waiting for my Empire LTD's to come in a while back and they were really nice pants.
They are sturdy, yet light. Super comfy and non restrictive.

BDU's or Cargo pants with the zip off lower half to convert to shorts are my go to for the woods. For more aggressive play such as airball or big games I wear a pair of JT pants for the extra padding

Walking without rhythm
I am the other way around, I used to wear BDUs but then MAr got me into his pants...
I haven't looked back and I know there is no way I could ever play without good knee pads ever again.

Big guy in a wig
I am waiting to get into MAr's pants. Really looking forward to it actually. I am leaning towards a kilt as an alternative for those hot days when some extra ventilation is desired.

I voted "other." Some regulars back at my home field always wore sky blue scrubs pants. And they held up well on turf, surprisingly.

Go with the kilt. You get all the looks and props from every one.

I've tried a lot of different options.... I just keep going back to my XSV woodland tourney pants. The day they wear out will be the end of an era... and I will be forced to hunt online to buy another pair (even if they are used). I bought mine the year they came out, which means they're about 6 years old... and heavily used, with basically zero issues from the wear. If there's a better pair of pants out there for me, I'll be very glad to try them out. I like my DBD pants too, but they are more suited for colder weather, they're heavier and not as breathable, although very well made and good sturdy materials (plus more padding).
